Submitting an application does not grant membership. Admission, responsibilities and member benefits depend on the rules adopted by the club. The historical constitution translation and proposed amendments are clearly labeled working documents.

Events and team entry

Tournament entry is separate from club membership. Read the published rules, eligibility, deadlines, fees and participation conditions for the specific event. Submission is subject to the event organizer’s review and confirmation.

Payments and receipts

Only follow payment instructions published for the relevant event or service. Keep the transaction reference and receipt. A submitted application or screenshot alone is not confirmation of verified payment or entry approval.

Changes and cancellations

Schedules, participation and event conditions may change. Follow notices and the event-specific cancellation/refund conditions; contact the organizer before assuming a refund or entitlement.

Scores, media and sharing

Match information is provided as it is published and may be corrected. Do not claim broadcast, logo or media rights without permission. Public links may be shared; camera access, private records and approved partner broadcasting permissions are separate.

Privacy and respectful conduct

Respect other people’s privacy. Do not disclose identity documents, private contacts, health information or financial records. Read the Privacy Policy and contact the club about questions or corrections.
